This unique leadership series is customized for state government leaders who can benefit from relevant, timely, and in-demand operational skill-building that will apply to their real-life work through in-person events and cohort activities.

You can expect engaging in-person and virtual content introducing participants to applied professional development. Hosted by NASCA and facilitated by Envoy, the workshops drive home themes, create space to work through exercises, and coach each individual through their toughest challenges. Cohort participants will experience thoughtful discussions, collaborate with other state leaders, receive critical tools, and participate in ongoing cohort engagement.
