Governor Mark Gordon appointed Patricia L. (Tricia) Bach April 2, 2019 as the Interim Director of the Department of Administration & Information.  In this role, she is responsible for the management of the state’s central services in 9 distinct divisions, to include: Director’s Office (Safety, Accounting & Agency Human Resources), Professional Licensing Boards; Budget; General Services (Facilities Operations, Trades Management, Risk Management, Procurement, Surplus Property, Motor Vehicle Management, Central Mail), Human Resources; Employees’ Group Insurance; Economic Analysis and the Wyoming State Library.

Prior to her appointment, Tricia served as the Administrator of the Human Resources Division for the State of Wyoming. She worked more than seven years in the Wyoming Attorney General’s office and over six years in property management. As a Senior Assistant Attorney General, Tricia tried cases and supervised litigation in personnel, civil rights, and administrative law. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming in 2006.
