Welcome new NASCA members Louisiana and New York

NASCA is happy to welcome two new state members, Louisiana and New York.

Commissioner Dardenne was appointed Commissioner of the State of Louisiana’s Division of Administration in January 2016 by Gov. John Bel Edwards. In this capacity, he serves as the state's chief administrative officer and principal architect of the $25 billion executive budget. Jay Dardenne was elected twice as Louisiana's Lieutenant Governor, beginning November 2010. He previously served four years as Secretary of State, 15 years as a State Senator and three years as a Baton Rouge Metro Councilman. Learn more.

Commissioner Destito is leading transformational changes at the State of New York’s Office of General Services as it implements programs in support of Governor Cuomo's vision to change the way government does business and make it more effective, efficient, and responsive to the needs of citizens. Destito is intensifying OGS' focus on procuring services and commodities at best value and maximizing the use of state-owned and leased office space. Learn more.
