NASCA, NASPO, and Harvard University’s Leadership for a Networked World (LNW) will convene our inaugural topical Roundtable program with a focus on Shared Services and eProcurement. This Roundtable will help state chief administrators and procurement officers guide their organizations to more fluid and responsive organizational structures and business models in order to optimize public value.

Together, participants will explore implications of viewing government processes, systems and resources as “components” that can be put together in new ways, shared and shifted to meet policy and programmatic goals. They will also discuss steps necessary to develop agile organizations that can continually grow as advances in information and communication technologies and cloud computing enable governments to work across organizational boundaries and gain economies of scale, economies of scope and economies of learning like never before.
